MARKETING COORDINATOR
LGA Partners, a leading architecture firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help us produce marketing collateral, as well as internal and external communications. In this role, you will support business development efforts while working alongside the rest of our dynamic Marketing and Business Development teams. This role can sit in either our Pittsburgh Headquarters or our Cleveland Office.

In this role, you will support business development efforts while working alongside the rest of our dynamic Marketing and Business Development teams. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Create marketing collateral including proposals, interviews, brochures, and other materials
- Produce presentation materials for existing and potential clients
- Coordinate and maintain library of resumes, project sheets, and other standard materials
- Champion social media content and develop analysis
- Assist and provide input on updating LGA’s website
- Sell the firm’s brand through industry award submissions and press releases
- Coordinate photoshoots and offer on-site direction
- Assist with graphics related to architectural and interior design
- Support the business development team as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the AEC industry
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Proficient in writing, editing, graphic design, and photography
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
