Retail Project Coordinator responsibilities:
- Develop design documents for dozens of world-class, national brand retail stores.
- Lead and manage the project design, from start to finish.
- Work independently to help manage clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field.
- Have extensive experience with AutoCAD and/or REVIT programs.
- Be highly process-oriented, organized, and independent.
- Value efficiency and accuracy.
- Be familiar with International Building Codes and ADA requirements.
- Be able to solve complex space planning requirements.
- Be interested in (or learning more about) retail merchandising.
